Jared Leto's Band, 30 Seconds to Mars, to Feature McKayla Maroney and Jordyn Wieber

Alt-Rock band, 30 Seconds to Mars debuted a trailer for their new music video for their upcoming single "Up in The Air," featuring Fierce Five members Jordyn Wieber and McKayla Maroney.

Jared Leto? How 1998...

The trailer features McKayla doing a layout step out and various leaps in slow motion while having her hands and feet coated with raspberry pink chalk in a white leotard. The trailer is a teaser for the release of the band's album on May 21.

Up in the Air will be the band's first single from their upcoming album, Love Lust Faith + Dreams.  The video is directed by Bartholomew Cubbins. 30 Seconds to Mars is fronted by ,90's heartthrob, Jared Leto, who is known for starring in the hit TV show, "Party of Five." Leto also starred in Fight Club, American Psycho and Girl Interrupted.

I now want to know if McKayla will be catching up on everything Jared Leto? Wonder if she'll be inspired to start a gymnastics fight club at Karolyi's Ranch at National Team practice. Don't think Marta Karolyi would appreciate that too much. Haha, but then again, the first rule of Fight Club is do not talk about fight club. So by that token, I have actually said to much already.

Here is the preview:

Since this is a gymnastics blog, this article will focus on bad asses in the sport of gymnastics, particularly women in gymnastics. These women are tough for their perseverance, their bravery, and just generally being awesome.
