Some think that it may be photo-shopped. But one still can't deny the similarities between the photograph and the Aly Raisman design.
Aly made a guest appearance on the Fashion Police on E!, with Joan Rivers. Wonder if Joan approves of Aly's design? Does Joan's fashion expertise extend to leotards?
