Jennifer Pinches is Moving To Hollywood

British Olympic team member Jennifer Pinches confirmed today via her Twitter account that she is going to Hollywood.

The british pixie is not going to seek her shot at fame and fortune on the big screen however. She's going to the University of California in Los Angeles to be a part of the Bruins gymnastics team. Jennifer, also known as "Jenni" announced last September via Twitter that she wouldn't be competing for Great Britain anymore. Now, we know why.

She'll be in good company. Danusia Francis also of great Britain felt Hollywood calling and joined the Bruins last year. 2008 British Olympian Marisa King felt the calling of the Sunshine state and was a Florida Gator up until this year when she graduated.  UCLA's hall of fame includes Samantha Pezek, Mohini Bhardwarj, and Tasha Schwikert, just to name a few.

Jenni is definitely excited. Her blog posting on her joining the Bruins has so much excitement, that it has me excited. But then again, I'm easily pleased.

These women are tough for their perseverance, their bravery, and just generally being awesome.
