The burning question is always, where and how can I watch the World Championships.

For USA Gym Fans: the folks at USA Gymnastics communications department have put up this wonderful website www.usagymworlds.com specifically to watch the men and women of team USA.



All times listed are Eastern time:

September 30- Men's Qualification 1. 4 a.m. & 12 p.m. ET

October 1- Men's Qualification 2 & Women's Qualification 1. 4 a.m. & 8 a.m. ET

October 2- Women's Qualification 2. 7:30 a.m. & 10 a.m. ET

October 3 - Men's All Around Final. 2-4:30 p.m. ET

October 4 - Women's All Around Final. 2-4:30 p.m. ET

October 5 - Event Finals Day 1. 8:30-11 a.m. ET

October 6 - Event Finals Day 2. 8:30-11 a.m. ET
