Victoria Moors Double Double Layout

Victoria Moors has been training the double double layout. She competed it at the Canadian nationals and at the Pan American Games.

The latest news is she has submitted it to the FIG for approval and they have given it a conditional rating of "I".
An "I", AN I! An "I"! For a little knowledge check, the FIG code has every element given a rating from A to I now,  an "A" skill would be worth .10 and so on and so forth. An "I" rating means that if she competes it sucessfully, Victoria will get .9 for that skill.
