Favorite Routines: Ksenia Semenova on Floor Exercise; 2010 European Championships

This edition of Favorite Routines features Russian Gymnast Ksenia Semenova on the Floor Exercise at the 2010 European Championships.

This was Ksenia's last European Championships before she presumably retired later that year after the world championships.
She's known for winning the gold medal on the uneven bars at the 2007 World Championships in Stuttgart, Germany and her all-around win at the European Championships in 2009. This routine is during the team finals and she won the gold medal with the Russian team.

This routine is a sultry tango.  She moves with feeling and passion and she does a fantastic stag jump out of her tumbling pass that could have been drawn in by the Disney animators that created Bambi. What's nice is she manages to be sultry without being ridiculously slutty.

These women are tough for their perseverance, their bravery, and just generally being awesome.
