USA Gymnastics finally posted some training videos from last week's training camp.
2013 World All-Around Champion Simone Biles is not resting on her laurels. She's shown adding upgrades on all of her events.
Right off the bat, we see Simone training a Cheng vault. It's a little hard to see, since it's partially blocked. But it looks really high and flighty so far. She's added some sweet upgrades on bars, one being a totally bad ass Khorkina! On beam, she is training a beautiful aerial cartwheel to a straddle jump. Floor is super as always, with her eponymous double layout half out and a double double.
