Maggie Nichols has been upgrading her skills on the bars.

Maggie, a senior on the US team posted a video on her Instagram account of her bar upgrades. She's training a connection of a Tkatchev to an immediate Pak to a Maloney 1/2 or Van Leeuwen. The combination gets her .3 in connection bonus.
