Elise Ray- Badass of the Bars

2000 Olympic Bronze Medalist, Elise Ray was complete bad ass on the uneven bars.


The US national champion and NCAA champion pioneered several skills on the uneven bars. Including a toe-on Tkatchev, a stalder shoot to high bar and a double twisting double layout dismount as seen below in these GIFS from Tumblr.

Ray II: On High Bar, pike sole circle backward to counter straddle reverse hecht to hang on high bar. (D)

Ray III: From the high bar, swing forward to double salto backward stretched with 2/1 turn. (G)
