Maria Kharenkova's Senior Debut at Cottbus

This weekend was Youth Olympic Festival's all-around champion, Maria Kharenkova's senior debut.

The outstanding junior champion won the silver medal on the balance beam at the Cottbus Cup in Germany over the weekend. She has a nice routine overall, but she does have some noticeable breaks, one after a switch ring leap. A slightly shaky routine, but it was a good first senior routine and there is time to improve until Euros and Worlds.

She scored a 13.850, .075 behind Hungary's Noemi Makra.
