Emily Wong's Perfect Triple Twist

University of Nebraska Senior, Emily Wong is one of the most dynamic NCAA gymnasts and has form to die for.

Case in point, her triple twist. There are certain athletes who look like a helicopter when they throw a triple. Not Emily, her legs are straight, not crossed and she slices the air like a knife. Emily placed sixth in the all-around during this past weekend's NCAA Gymnastics Championships. Nebraska placed sixth in the Super Six final.

Since Emily is a senior, she'll be graduating like . But that triple full will always be legendary.
