I love any mention of gymnastics on TV, in movies, it fills my otherwise slightly sarcastic self with glee.
This GIF set is of a scene from the popular TV series, Modern Family.
The scene is Mitchell Pritchett, played by Jesse Tyler Ferguson, and his partner, Cameron Tucker, played by Eric Stonestreet (who is also a gymnastics fan, or at least a fan of Samantha Peszek after they bonded on the plane to Los Angeles after the Christmas holiday)* watching their daughter, Lily at gymnastics practice. They're more focused on Lily's competition.
Mitchell is willing the girl practicing on the beam to fall. In the next GIF, the girl falls off the low beam, which makes Mitchell visibly excited for his own daughter, much to the disgust of the other gym parents.
