Maria Paseka Training A Rudi On Vault

Worlds preparation is entering the home stretch. This means getting in routine shape and putting together new skills.

Olympic vault bronze medalist, Russian gymnast Maria Paseka has been seen training a handspring Rudi vault.
In this video, Maria is seen throwing the vault (handspring on, one and one half twists off) onto a mat in the pit. She's got it to where she can stand the vault up and she's got some form issues in the air, but it's better than her Amanar is.

The start value for the Rudi is a 6.2.  Will we see Maria perform this vault at worlds this year? Hopefully, since last year, she withdrew due to injury.

These women are tough for their perseverance, their bravery, and just generally being awesome.
