NCAA Gymnast Doing A Double Front Off Beam

While it may not be NCAA gymnastics season yet, the gymnasts are training amazing new skills.

Cal Women's Gymnastics posted a video of Freshman Toni Ann Williams doing a double front off the beam.
That is a skill that is super rare. The last time I can remember anyone doing it was Elena Prudonova back in the 1999-2000's era.

This is especially impressive since she is already landing this on a regular landing mat. Toni has to take a step forward, but overall she has a good landing position and her chest is up and high and she get's beautiful amplitude on this skill. Definitely counting down the days until the start of NCAA season.

These women are tough for their perseverance, their bravery, and just generally being awesome.
