Giulia Steingruber Training New Bars and Beam Skills

Giulia Steingruber of Switzerland is already known for being a European champion on vault and a strong contender for medals on the floor exercise.

This year, Giulia is upgrading.



A GIF of Giulia surfaced depicting her upgrading some beam and bars skills. In the first GIF, she is training a flip flop to two foot layout series. She's still landing off balance, but her form is nice, great heigh and open hips, toes pointed.

In the second GIF, she is working on a bars skill called a Church, which is a toe on piked Tkatchev. She's getting very nice height on that skill.
