Giulia Steingruber of Switzerland is already known for being a European champion on vault and a strong contender for medals on the floor exercise.
This year, Giulia is upgrading.

In the second GIF, she is working on a bars skill called a Church, which is a toe on piked Tkatchev. She's getting very nice height on that skill.
