2012 Team Gold medalist and vault silver medalist and inspiration of the "McKayla is not impressed" meme has been absent from the elite gymnastics scene mostly due to injury.
The two time vault world champion has not been seen at competition since she won her second vault gold in Antwerp, Belgium. A YouTube channel surfaced of hers featuring only two videos, one of her younger sister getting a haircut and one of her rambling on about various topics.
