Claire Martin's Bronze Medal Winning Beam - For the City of Paris

Today, my thoughts and heart are with Paris after last night's devastating attacks.

To honor the victims and to show global solidarity with the Parisian citizens, I am featuring Claire Martin's bronze medal winning beam routine from this year's European Championships in Montpellier, France.

This routine is so elegant and lovely. She doesn't have the highest difficulty, but her execution is on point and she moves so confidently through her skills. Claire shows lovely flexibility with her Onodi, one of my favorites.

"In these dark times, we should remember the unifying power of sport to unite people and communities and to bring peace and reconciliation.  Today all people of goodwill will say: We are all French."

These women are tough for their perseverance, their bravery, and just generally being awesome.
