Highlights: Utah @ Southern Utah

Surprise surprise. Utah took their first road title of the season, beating Southern Utah University by a whopping 1.125 points.

Although, Southern Utah put up a good fight, putting top scores on floor and beam. Southern Utah actually beat the Utes on floor, with a 49.250 to Utah's 48.950. Madyson Blake of Southern Utah won the floor title with a 9.9. Blake opened with a huge two and a half twist to punch front.

The Utes had the top scores on bars, Kassandra Lopez and Tiffani Lewis tied for the top spot with 9.925. Lopez showed nice height on her Tkatchev to bail combination and dismounted with a huge double layout. Sabrina Schwab showed beautiful work on the bars, showing gorgeous Stalder work, something not often seen in NCAA.

On beam for Southern Utah, Kirsten Yee showed some original combination work with a front aerial to Korbut. Kari Lee tied with teammate Samantha Partyka for the top score on beam with a 9.9. After an issue on floor, Lee came to beam having fallen on floor, showing confidence and a beautiful execution with a back handspring layout stepout and dismounting with an aerial walkover to gainer full combination.

The Utes won with a196.725 to Southern Utah's 195.600.
