Training Videos From Montreal feat. Ashton Locklear, Ragan Smith & Catalina Ponor

With Worlds only a couple days away, the gymnasts are hard at work perfecting their routines before the games start.

Of course the best part is all the training videos coming from Montreal.

From the Team USA front, we have Ashton Locklear training her bars set.

She hasn't added back her in-bar stalders, but she shows a beautifully clean set with lovely extension and hit handstands.

Ragan Smith looks solid in her beam set. Showing a back handspring to two-foot layout series and a solid standing full.

Catalina Ponor is more fabulous at thirty. She's shown training beam with a two-foot layout mount
