I'm back after my break last weekend for a Big 10 - Pac 12 match-up with Minnesota and Arizona State. We're in a period of which I am going to call the "ASU Renaissance" since they're on track to make the national championships after years of struggling to qualify to regionals. Minnesota has a bevy of talented athletes, including Ivy Lu and freshwoman phenom, Lexy Ramler. I haven't been able to watch Minnesota this season, so I'm excited to see this meet. We go from the SEC to the PAC12 where the Sun Devils take on the Red Rocks or the Utes(because Utah's gymnastics team is called the Red Rocks because reasons). I'm concluding this gymnastics weekend with some Pac-12 action with Cal at Arizona State. ASU has seen a massive improvement this season, currently ranking # 14 after three weeks of competition versus their 41st place final finish in 2017. The Twitters have great things to say about ASU this season and their newest star is Cairo Leonard-Baker who was named PAC 12 Freshman of the Week.  Follow along and refresh the page every five to ten minutes or so for all the action!  It's final week of regular season meets before the conference championships. Tonight, I'm live blogging Arizona State at Auburn. Auburn has had a hell of a season. They've upset higher ranked teams such as Alabama for the first time like, ever and they're currently ranked in the # 7 spot. At this point, it's likely that Auburn is going to get that coveted fourth spot in the evening session of the SEC Championships. Arizona State just had their head coach, Renee Lyst, put on indefinite administrative leave. Yikes, on top of that, they've been devastated with injuries denting their line-ups.
