Power Rankings - The Procrastination Edition

Welcome to Power Rankings! First one of 2018. This is where I recap the most interesting parts of the week of competition and stack them against each other. This isn't real team rankings. This is ranking the newsworthy and the interesting stuff that goes on during the week. We now have two weeks of NCAA gymnastics under our belts, all the teams have shown up in competition. There was drama, tears laughter, falls and crazy scoring! I'm a total procrastinator, so I missed the first week (sorry). So this is the procrastination edition. Since I put this off for a couple of weeks, this might be short. (sorry) Let's discuss!

World Championships 2017 Power Rankings

Worlds is over for another year (sigh).  While I'm still feeling nostalgic for Worlds, I'm going to recap the best and worst moments of the world championships with my Power Rankings. Power Rankings are a feature I usually do during NCAA season, but it's still appropriate for an event that all roads lead to in elite. For the "rankings" of the "power rankings" I'm going to rate an event on the basis of fail or win (occasionally and epic win or epic fail and the general moments of hilarity and heartbreakers. Let's get started.
