NCAA National Champs - Is it 2018 Yet?

The NCAA Gymnastics Championships has concluded for 2017. Thus begins the void between the end of NCAA season and the start of elite season heading in to world championships. I have been in St. Louis last weekend catching all the action. We're still 8 months out from the start of NCAA season in 2018, so lets take some time to recap real quick and provide some closing thoughts.

Washington @ Stanford Live Blog

It's Super Bowl Sunday gymnastics time! Today, it's brought to you by the PAC-12, bringing us Washington at Stanford. Stanford had a really strong meet against Arizona last weekend, pulling out a win in the last rotation. Will they keep it up or will Washington prevail? Refresh the page every 5 to 10 minutes for all the updates!

Utah @ Washington Live Blog

Happy Saturday Everyone! I'm back for more NCAA gymnastics live blogging with Utah at Washington. This is Washington's first home meet of the year and Utah is still looking to...  still be super dominant. (I just woke up from a cat nap, brain needs to wake up) Refresh the page every five minutes or so for all the awesome deets!

NCAA Power Rankings Week 10

It's Tuesday, March 15 and, if you're familiar with Shakespeare, you may recall that it is the Ides of March. Beware the Ides of March!  It's also time for Power Rankings. As per usual, these aren't the official Road to Nationals rankings, rather they are stories and people that have caught my attention throughout the week, whether it be note-worthy events or a reaction to something. Last week's Power Rankings were # 1 The Rankings Shakeups # 2 Greg Mardsen throwing shade at SEC scoring during the Georgia, Stanford & UCLA tri-meet # 3 Will the real Stanford please stand-up? # 4 Lindsay Mable # 5 Beam Fails # 6 Jessie Peszek Without further adieu, I present this weeks rankings:

Seattle Pacific, Denver @ Washington Live Blog

So the PAC 12 app is super screwy so no Georgia and Utah. Luckily, Washington has their own dedicated stream (yay Washington). It's their last home meet before they host PAC 12's next week. They are hosting a tri-meet with Denver and Seattle Pacific.  Hopefully, this meet puts Washington in a solid spot to qualify to regionals. It's senior night for Washington and honestly, I'm so depressed that Allie Northey is a senior this year. I will drown my sorrows with live blogging this meet! Refresh the page every 5-10 minutes for updates.

Western Michigan @ Washington Live Blog

We're closing in on the regular season. Tonight, I'm live blogging Western Michigan at Washington. I've really fell for this little team that could over the course of this season and I've been impressed with their progress and their tenacity. For all the action from Seattle, refresh the page every 5-10 minutes or so for updates.

NCAA Week 6 Power Rankings

We've all been closely following those official RoadtoNationals.com rankings for the NCAA. So today, I thought I'd do something a little different. I'm going to be doing power rankings. This isn't rankings based off of RQS or other fun data, but these rankings are based on news events, people that are gaining attention and other random things that I find interesting or worth mentioning.

Washington @ Utah Live Blog

We go from the SEC to the PAC -12 tonight. I'm going 8 hours west to Utah where the Utes will host Washington. Washington had a season high of 196.175 at Metroplex followed by a splat fest last weekend at home against Oregon State. Will they put the past behind them tonight at Utah? Refresh the page every few minutes for all the action!
