Last night, Brenna Dowell scored her first ever perfect 10 of her NCAA career. Oklahoma hosted the meet against Southeastern Missouri and Texas Women's University Friday night. The Sooners won with a 197.850. Brenna contributed her first perfect ten on the uneven bars to the Sooners' win.

While her teammates from team USA have been in China for the World Championships, non-traveling alternate Brenna Dowell has arrived on the University of Oklahoma campus and is adjusting to life as a freshman. It was the weekend of the tie. Two teams tied for the NCAA national title, and as a result of ties, a small army took home titles during the event finals.

During last night's Super Six Finals, the University of Oklahoma was this-close to taking the title.

Today, at the NCAA National Championships two teams, Oklahoma and Florida came out triumphant. One team won for the first time and broke through the door of an exclusive club where many dreamed to go, but only few ventured.

The NCAA National Gymnastics Championships have been full of surprises. It started last night. It was the second session of the semi-finals. In a twist of fate, Nebraska edged out UCLA and Utah for the Super Six finals.

Over the weekend, the University of Oklahoma won the Metroplex and took the top ranking in Women's NCAA gymnastics with a score of 198.175 just beating out the Lousiana State University Tigers with 197.875.
