Arizona @ Stanford Live Blog

Okay, we're back in the Pac-12 with Arizona at Stanford.

Stanford is home of the fantastic Elizabeth "Ebee" Price who, from what I have gathered, has been basically supporting this team on her back (this is all hearsay - I have yet to confirm this myself).  But, Stanford has been known to start slow and peak at just the right time.

Arizona had some trouble at their first two meets, scoring 194.025 & 193.225. At their last meet at Iowa State, they showed a huge improvement with a 195.850.

This should be a tight meet, so refresh the page every five to ten minutes for all the action!

Pac-12 network has once again pissed me off by delaying my gymnastics for basketball on my TV. Ugh. That makes me mad. Sorry, rant over.

Stanford is on vault and Arizona is on bars

Nikki McNair leads off vault for Stanford - FTY, very clean, small hop on the landing. 9.8

Second rotation - Stanford is on bars and Arizona is on vault. The ole event switcheroo.

Solid start for both these teams. Hopefully, they've both got their kinks out from their first couple of meets and they can keep improving their scores from here on out. But, of course, this is only the first rotation, so knock on wood!
